1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bina Movers platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms comply with applicable laws of Kenya including the Consumer Protection Act and the Data Protection Act 2019.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: a public user submitting a quote request
  • Mover/Company: a registered service provider on our platform
  • Lead: a moving request submitted through the quote form

3. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

Bina Movers is a marketplace that connects customers with movers. We do not employ movers and we do not control their pricing, staff, trucks, or operations.

Therefore, we are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage during moves
  • Disputes between customers and movers
  • Payments made outside our verified channels

4. Company Registration & Verification

Mover accounts must provide truthful information. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or permanently remove companies that:

  • Provide false information
  • Receive repeated complaints
  • Engage in fraud or unsafe conduct

5. Customer Quote Requests

When submitting a quote request, customers agree that:

  • The information provided is accurate
  • Movers may contact them to provide quotations
  • If they opt into Step 6B, their request may be shared with multiple movers

6. Lead-Sharing Opt-In

Customers may choose to “Send this request to multiple movers." When this option is enabled:

  • All verified movers in the relevant area may view the request
  • Movers may reach out directly to the customer
  • Movers must use customer data strictly for quotation purposes

7. Billing & Subscriptions

Mover subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) grant access according to features described on our site. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Kenyan law.

8. Acceptable Use

Movers may not:

  • Spam customers
  • Sell or transfer customer data
  • Harass or abuse customers
  • Use bots or automated bidding systems

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any user who breaches these terms or violates Kenyan law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
